however that energy caused a emotional reaction in you to reply to me, you must really care about letting me know you don't care, How do you know the people you are replying to actually care about your opinions? You beleive there should be a even exchange of energy and greet me with a judgemental opinion not based in reality, however i wouldn't like return that exchange of energy to you simply as i have no right to judge you.

@ganesh232369 I wouldn't say that organizations that ask for 10% of a person's income are exactly free. I use youtube as my main source of spiritual food these days so I don't pay for it, but don't feel the same way you do on this topic. I feel that there should be an even exchange of energy. Spiritual teachers require money to live just like everybody else.

@jdickerson23 Umm, why yes I do. Try your local church, mosque, or temple and listen to their teachings for free if you like. If organized religion is not your thing, there are many paths to knowledge that can be pursued alone or with like-minded people who will not charge you, or flog their books, seminars, or workshops that require expensive travel. This man is a somewhat well-intentioned huckster posing as a "shaman" and selling his teaching to naive, wealthy people.

@ObserverNz You spend way too much energy trying to convince people who could care less of your opinions.

@ganesh232369 Do you know of a spiritual teacher who doesn't charge?

Wow. I have heard a great deal about this fellow, and have even tried to read his book (well-meaning but way too simple-minded and contradictory for my taste). In this interview he mentions that in all the religions all the books etc. you think you will find the truth but you will not. Well what about your book! Your "Toltec" Wisdom. Truth and wisdom do not come in books with companion sets and expensive seminars. No self-respecting spiritual teacher charges money for wisdom, PERIOD!

I have heard or read about this book is from people who say, "well I learned these things when I was a kid and my mom and grandma thought me this." I believe this book is for those who didn't have the privileged to learn these teachings through their parents. Our parents suffer and now we are suffering as well. This book is giving me the wisdom that my wounded parents didn't give me. Thanks Don Ruiz. Slowly but surely i will heal my wounds.

wonderful teachings, so simple, but we like it complicated. The truth is simple, face ourselves, change ourselves first. I read the 4 agreements 5 times and I love the companion book. Will read it again.

@YAHPorpoise777 Well sadly its not my interpretation, its the interpretation of the bible itself that i have, wich i understand different versions say different things, wich in itself sux,
I love the bible deeply however like don migeual says i had to go through my own experiance away from it, and i dont regret it at all, i still read the bible its one of my favourite books, however having a discussion with someone who has a differently interpreted bible makes things abit difficult.
It's about time someone said that. don Miguel Ruiz is a great man, a prophet, a messenger of God.
