Joss-Cappella (a cappella medley of Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Dr. Horrible, Dollhouse)

1. Pitch correction - I'm a composer/arranger, not a singer. The point is that I can listen to this stuff and reproduce it (with ideal singing conditions. I think of it as "human MIDI").

2. Transposing - some of the high notes were transposed up. The bass part was transposed down.

3. EQ and balance - I basically used typical vocal compression

Software:

Finale 2009 to transcribe parts.
Logic Express 9 to record and mix.
Melodyne Uno for pitch correction.
Final Cut Express for video editing
MPEG Streamclip for video conversion for YouTube.

If my haircut interferes with the music, just close your eyes.

Hehe the reason it doesn't get as many views as say, Cee-Lo, Is because no one really knows who Joss Whedon is,they just know the shows.
