Gotta love it. Billioionaires create the budget shortfalls in every state and the middle class has to fix it by cutting pensions, lowering wages and eliminating unions. When do the billionaires make their sacrifice. UHHHHHHH! Never!

I think the United States is already a plutocracy. The wealthy minority sets the policies for the entire nation and occasionally they  throw a few crumbs to the workers.
