Hurts to watch this on my mac book pro...

I broke the glass of my macbook pro 15" unibody display =(
Can I still use the suction cup to remove the glass?
What are the risks?
There is a very little splinter just on the right of the isight, some cracks/fissures on the black edge and a crack that runs through the screen ( from the right of the isight to the middle of the left side of the display)
Thanks in advance for the help and sorry for the english mistakes ( I speak french) I hope my description is understandable.

@opreaadriangeorge there are more likes than dislikes...... -_-

Not as advance as the 2011 MacBook Air which actually features a unibody "display".

well your pretty stupid to come to such notion.

@mart182003 Let me tell ya - it's super easy. They're separated as you can see in this video. I closed my macbook, not knowing a power chord was between the glass and the keyboard - and it cracked my glass screen.....

GREAT VIDEO! I have loose hinges on my 15" MBP Unibody, early 2009 and I had doubts about how to remove the glass screen without breaking it ! I really, REALLY don't know why this video got dislikes .... They probably come from people who aren't skilled enough to perform this action without breaking something. My advice for them: "Go to an apple store and get it done ! "
Thank you for this great video!

I can not find a video on how to do the same staff but with the anti glare screen???
2 questions how long must the edges be heated and where did you get the suction cup?

@LizardBonerKING - A short amount of time. The suction cup is available from our website.

My screen currently has about a 1" strip that goes down the entire screen that shows shows distorted pixels, which leads me to believe it is a loose connection somewhere. Anyone else had this problem/ know a fix?

@scottydoe133 - Most likely the problem is the LCD. It's a common issue. If you're interested in having it repaired, you can give us a call at 1-866-726-3342, option 2.

@mart182003 - The glass breaks pretty easily. It's easy to break the glass and not damage anything else.
