Thanks! I still have a lot of speeding up to do! I just set the resistance to something comfortable that I could maintain for those long hours. Nothing too exhausting. Spinning on a bike for 4 hours was enough as it is!
hey great job on the bike. just a question when u were training on the bike for those long periods of time where did u set the resistance to? like half or three quarters? im just curious cuz im trainin indoors as well, thanks
