One foot Dunk Session (10' rim) - Joffrey / LaGofr (6'3) (31.10.09)

Good one foot dunk session on a 10' rim in Saint André de Corcy (France, Ain)
2 new dunks : Reverse pump and Dunk from dotted line off one foot.
Then, a few dunks off 2 feet and a lot of missed dunks...but the jump is here ^^
You can see good improvement on the jump with the freezes (head between board and rim) which is about 40 inches now...

@homerking93 You have to consider his head & neck. if he had 31" arms,&his head & neck is 13",then thats very possible.

@homerking93 i just measuered my arms and my wing spand is 6'3, 75'' to be exact and my reach is 8'0'' on the money my arms are 31" long each, and 37.5 from my hand to the middle of my chest. my vertical is 32''. why would they be 18 inches? :P just cuz im tall and my reach isnt high doesnt mean my arms are shorter
