Mid-night FLIGHT over NORWAY on MAY 1st

Hello guys. This is the last 4 minutes of a mid-night flight from Oslo to Tromsø. Its fantastic to see that it is already quite bright at this time. Colours are just fantastic, I couldn't get my face away from the window the whole "trip".

Tech stuff:
Video straight from the camera!
An HD720p 1GB MOV file recorded with:
Panasonic GH2 @ISO1600
+ 45-200mm lens @45mm [90mm equiv.] O.I.S.=1
Converted to HD720p 170MB F4V file and uploaded to youtube.

? - Does anyone know how to upload a video to youtube without loosing quality? This video is much compresses then on my PC.
