This is a Federal Signal STH-10. Please correct me if I am wrong on the siren make and model. I have not got a video of this siren or anything of it when it goes off, and I figured I would since I was quite close to it. Kind of funny because in the 10 years I have spent here as a firefighter it has blanked my mind all these years to nab a video. Anyways, all of Dauphin County, PA is supposed to sound every siren (like this one) at noon on Saturdays as a part of a weekly test. Sometimes it does not go off exactly at noon, hence why it took what feels like forever to go off because I started this at exactly 11:59. Sometimes they don't sound it at all or it goes off earlier than noon. It does however manage to sound off at 1:45 in the video and has a long wind down.
