This video was shot on New Years Eve 07-08 at midnight on the corner of 44th and Broadway in Times Square in New York City. I was working with Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers for ABC's Dick Clarks New Years Rockin' Eve.

    It was 1 person screaming first until the surprise proposal, then it was 2 more girls screaming because they didn't know it was going to happen as well as the proposee. First time in NY, New Years, and a proposal after 13 years of dating. Most would be screaming too.

    Yeah< that is Ashley from So You Think You Can Dance, but she was a dancer for Miley Cyrus's first tour. This night was 13 years in waiting.
