You're saying that American shows, some of which have canned laughter inserted at the rate of 50 ripples a minute, practically every time one of the characters moves or utters the slightest word, is funnier than this classic example of situation comedy? Perhaps, there's too many, 'big words', in this for you to comprehend. Or that they're talking along a subject, rather than a procession of purile unrelated one-liners, that most US shows follow.
