Any crimes comitted by police should be twicethe penalty of of any citizen. If a cop writes a bogus ticket for the enrichment of the city he should be fired on the spot and loose all pensions and payments and go to jail for stealing by proxy or fraud.

@andrewells134 Every cop would have to go to jail. In Canada cops have to give out at least 1.5 statutory tickets every 2 days. I even HAD a friend that was a cop, he said if you are not writing tickets you get called in for a chat. ;)

ALSO- in my city the bastard pigs won't even allow cameras ! If you attempt to pull a camera out, cell phone, iPod, digital camera, etc - you will be be IMMEDIATELY detained & probably arrested.

This guy gets permission to bring a single camera in & then he actually has the gall to push his luck for a second camera! JEEEEESH !!! As far as I can see this cop was never charged or convicted for his theft of the 45$ all a waste of time!
