    The Basketball court was not built for recreation. It is because there was a rule that nothing that big could be built unless it was a sports building so they threw it in. My sis took the employee tour.

    Yes you are right sorry for cussing I was in a bad mood lol, but one of the reasons for them putting it there is during workers breaks. I don't believe that they put it there too be able to have the big building/mountain. If you think about it its Disney im sure they managed to get around it.

    I thot Walt Disney put that there because at the time u couldnt build anything that high unless it was a sports areana or somethin like that so he installed that to say he was allowed a building that high
