  • Hello, I'm suffering in metatarsalgia for 2 months.I had change my activities and proper footwear.And it is still having minor pain.

    I'm wondering metatarsalgia could it be fully recover?

    because I'm a traceur, I involve in high impact jump.

  • Thank you so much for these treatments. They will def help to relieve my pain. I play a lot of sports and I often get sore. I've been looking for better shoes to lessen my pain and assist in cushioning more. I also walk with my feet outward, and I think it's called suppination.

    Can you recommend any types of shoes for sports that could help? Also, any brands/models would be helpful. Thanks!
