I just saw Brokenjoe at Grossman's last week.
They're a kickin' group to see live! Lots of fun. Go see for yourselves.
Their CD, which I bought at that time, is excellent as well. It captures the raw feel of their live show without any studio syrup to bog it down...and it's 17 songs long!
To Magublican: Thanks for posting. Had I not discovered Brokenjoe on YouTube, I would have missed out on a fun night and a good album.
I suggest

Is that Jerome Godboo? He is the BEST harp player EVER! Saw him Thursday night doing Paul Butterfield & Muddy Waters for the Last Waltz show! Could listen to Jerome all day and all night! Brokenjoe also kicks ass!
