Kevin Wikse owner of www.heroicevolution.com answers some questions about building strength, power and endurance with heavy Clubbell training that came in after posting his strict 80lb Clubbell Torch press for reps. Kevin uses a 5 minute continuous cycle of front swipes and hand to hand catches with the 45lb Clubbell to forge full body power, hip and leg drive, upper body strength and dynamic tension and release, for sudden expressions of strength and then quick recovery times.
