There is no such mod, it's just the title of the video. What you see is a series of maps and mods. And why 2.5? At first it was 3, but I didn't want to annoy people with a fake BF 3, just show BF 2 modded, so I changed it.

The term MOD stands for 'modification' or 'module'. They are unofficial patches and files made by some gamers for the rest of the community to enjoy.
Mods are always free, and are made in order to either improve the game's experience (adding maps, weapons, characters, etc) or changing its theme and base it in a totally different world (total conversions).

I don't have such list or have those mods right now. I suggest you search and ask at Gametoast or Filefront's BF2 subrepository.
