@samepeter2 Press the L button. It'll make your character "lock" in position for a fatality, which is why you see the word fatality. You still have to press the buttons to do it through. All fatalities in the game have a certain position to be done in, which are close, sweep, and far. I only use the "lock" method when I do fatalities for Sweep & Far positions so my character won't move.
