@gigiinparis Bowlby said that children can form primary attachments with whoever is the primary caregiver, this can be seen in situations where children need to be placed in daycare from an early age children can form attachments with the people working in the daycare centre. Bowlby was stating that children need to form attachments at a young age or it can have negative implications in later life. He did not say anything about "Homelessness or vulnerabilty" as he was merely stating facts.
