This does work, if you putt on the gel, and sit with this 10 minutes in high gear, and after that train you abs in 15 minutes, the result will be like 3-4 times better!

I've been working out for 1 year with a strict diet. It took me half a year to see any significant results with cardio and working my ass off att the gym. So don't come to me and say that you can get 6-pack abs while watching TV. This thing doesn't give any results even if you turn it on for 24/7!

Works the best when you connect gym excercises ad this. You have to notice that stomach muscles regenerates very fast and you can use ab tronic every day or when you have a day off a gym
