Why does it not make sense to the Fed: If you can't beat'em, join'em and rake in BILLIONS in tax revenue. Not to mention the thousands if not tens of thousand of jobs the industry would create. Another Cannabis bust. People giving tips do not realize what they are doing. How many times does the government have to lie to you until you will figure it out?
