Ed Robertson of the Barenaked Ladies spends some time with David Scott and Neil Morrill of the Complections prosthetics department. Sitting through a lifecast, Ed's face and head are transformed through a mould and some serious sculpting - the end product is quite demonic!

I swear, I am not kidding. With that mask on he looks just like my best friend's dad. I mean, without the horns and the odd colouring, but the teeth, nose shape, wrinkles, etc are all near perfect.

Funny! I wonder how you make the mouth more mobile though so it does not look like plastic. Sort of like the Lord of Darkness in Legend.
