Instructions

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 30 seconds break in between sets. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

  • @only1mitch this isn't true. It's the people that do cardio every day, diet and do crunches that remain overweight. Just check out the gym and you'll see the same people on the treadmill day after day with the same overweight body month after month.

  • @ScottColby lmao, listen it comes down to you at the end of the day not some workout, it comes down to hard work!!

    Cardio makes your heart rate go up, making your body sweat!!

    A workout alone will not make you lose weight, dieting is an equal part!!

    You dont need to do crunches everyday, you do variations, running and cycling work your abs too.

    and people who use treadmill everyday, are they really working hard then? are they really pushing themselves? asi said it comes down to hard work

  • @only1mitch I agree it does come down to hard work...the quality and intensity of your workouts and the quality of the foods that you're eating. And you're right, you don't need to do crunches. That's why I wrote a book called Abs Uncrunched. : )

  • Oatmeal for breakfast, chicken breast and steamed veggies with no rice twice a day. Water only for liquids and one bananna per day. Sweat at the gym for one hour everyday and you'll shed more fat of your belly in 4 weeks.

  • Hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got ripped Six pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • @ScottColby I'll second that! Because I'm a security guard. I walk 5 days a week, get paid to, Up stairs, around an entire complex everyday for atleast 3 hours!

    My legs look great!

    But I still have a gutt, a belly. A problematic belly.

    I don't eat alot.

    So yeah, cardio ain't the ticket, it can't be!

    Am I right in this? You have to feel your belly muscles working, to actually be achieving something, right?

  • The video is good and the exercise is applicable for beginners like me. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans and exercises that you could use to gain lean muscles and loose fats faster. The best thing its all free. It also helps you achieve a lean muscular look that most of us guys wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can always check it on my profile.

  • so really your saying 1lb a week... i did 2lb easy a weak with like 1800 calories a day still

  • heres a workout... press individually multiple times number "2", "3", "4" and "5". i will give you a clue "5" is the best one!

  • is it just me or does anyone else think he has a boner during the first leg exercise? Is that how we should do the exercise?
