@schnell816 In my experience, you can have any level of oil. What's important is that the reed tops come out of the bottle. As long as the reeds have access to open air, you should be good to go.

although there was a note in the box noting that we should do not use any matches or kind of heat to make the reed work we used the matches :( shall i buy another ones?
or it will work even if its burned in the edges and thanks a lot for the video

Archipelago Botanicals have very nice scents. They are a bit expensive but worth the money.

I also buy my refill oils at the diffusery. I used to buy mine from target but they stopped diffusing after about two weeks. I was bummed. Anyway, nice instructional video. A little blurry but very informative.

I always wondered how reed diffusers work. Great video.
Yes you definately need new reeds ! Burned edges will not allow the liquid to move up the reed properly for scenting. Visit one of the websites in the video for new reeds.
