@regulatorzone They shouldn't have to listen just because a police officer says "MOVE." Streets are public property owned by either the city, county, state, province, or country. @Oceanic180 Technically, driving down the street is not a constitutional right, it's a privilege that can be revoked if you lose your driver's license. But yes, if you have a driver's license and are driving and I block the roadway and am not in a pedestrian crosswalk, then yes, you can run me over :)
