The BMW 520d shows that fuel efficient car can be comfortable and modern. Combinated fuel consumption is lower than of Toyota Prius, Honda Civic Hybrid. Considering that Prius and Civic Hybrid are almost as expensive as the BMW 520d the German car really has an advantage.

I have a 530d and for those who thinka diesel is shit............... bring it on........ I can whoop any fucker on the motorway........ if im cruising at 70mph, one slight press on the gas and the car shoots to130 mph before any other fucker can reach 90 unless its a super sports car....................... or my big brother.... the 535d

Something wrong with this car.

Body after face lift in 2007 but Gearbox knob from car before face lift - probably was damaged and they made one from two cars :)

all you idiots talkin shit bout diesels... obviously never heard of d 520d business edition 2.0d twin turbo @230hp... not only d 535 has twin turbo, a puny 520d ha wonder what she drives, must b her husbands car... 520d will piss over 95% of any other diesels and can b chipped 2 nearly 300hp... fancy a race any1?? na didn tink so

@priklodrakoulas It's not 2008 model because it hag the old gearbox!!! I think it is 2007 model...
