It looks great, but there's no splash guard over wheels and batman's cape would certainly in real life get caught and wrapped around the back wheel. Also, the tires should be rounder at the treads, it looks like an ATV it would certainly tip over at sharp turns. And where is the engine? Overall, it is a bad (as in - no good) design.

Actually, the engine is right on the hub of the wheel. Watch the movie and you'll see that the design is very complex.
