@deanmullen10 The problem is with arable land and delivering the food. With more people, means more land to be farmed.
However, the big issue is, and has always been, transporting that food.

About the food crisis, I'm probably wrong but wouldn't a higher population mean an overall increase of farmers hence more people to supply crops and do work hence more crops to meet the bigger population of humanity?
