An introduction to Weldmar Hospicecare Trust

http://www.weld-hospice.org.uk Martin Clunes introduces the Dorset based charity that cares for patients with cancer and other progressive conditions who require specialist help. Patients in north, south and west Dorset now have a seamless service, whether they require care and advice in the comfort of their own homes, Day Hospice care (Weymouth, Dorchester and Shaftesbury) or in-patient care at Joseph Weld Hospice.

The Trust also runs social groups across the county which meet on a weekly basis offering friendship and support.
