ALBANIAN LAB CHANT - U kendojme vajzave

My first polyphonic chant... i don't think turned out that bad :)

I just reversted the song "U kendojme trimave" and added some verses myself:


U kendojme vajzave - We sing to our girls
Qe kercejn ore lendinave - Who dance in the fields
Njera o sec heq vallen - One of them leads the dance
Te tjerat prapa I vene - While the others follow her steps

Sec kendojne edhe per ne - They sing for us as well
Hedhin valle o lendinave - And keep dancing in the fields
Njera kengese ja merr - One of them starts the song
Te tjerat asaj ja kthejne - While the others harmonize

Hidhi vajza tundni dhene - Dance you girls, lift the dust
Se kete toke ore e ruajm ne - We will keep this land safe
Njera maleve syte hedh - One of them looks at the mountains
Tjetra mendohet dhe hesht - While the other thinks and is quiet

Ska ferman qe te na hedhe - There's no enemy to overthrow us
Sepse jemi bijte e shqipeve - Because we are the sons of eagles
Me jatagane e dyfek - With our swords and our guns
