Exactly. And I don't think anyone should compare the two - it's like comparing two chapters in the book. I regard the two as just one story, one song, split into 2 different ambiances. Coma White is about using drugs to attain an infinite happiness (which fails, of course), and Coma Black is about the torture and depression that leads one to use the drugs.
