  • Thanks for adding this - it was great to see, although I had to hide a smile at the spelling of poor Judy's surname and character name!

  • Your welcome, and yeah that was a bit pathetic they didnt even know the names/correct spellings of the people they were interviewing

  • I love Prisoner but jesus christ - 'Prisoner gives my life meaning' - that woman at 0.40 is insane

  • I consider myself to be a REAL Prisoner fan...

I never missed an episode of Prisoner from the pilot to the series final...

However, when I see people protesting outside a TV studio over the program being pulled nearly 10 years after the final episode went to air - for some strange reason the words "GET A LIFE" spring to mind...

  • @joostay why? ya not gonna hook up with her are ya?

  • @doctorwhofan400 People did record Prisoner when it was first aired here, I certainly did. Prisoner was never shown on UK Gold. ITV never cancelled it, a small number of the regional stations didnt show it until the very end but the majority of the ITV regions did. Central TV repeated the show but pulled it after appprox 90 episodes. Channel 5 never cancelled it, it was shown fully.

  • AWWW It's Judy Mc Burney Pixie Mason! I loved Pixie Mason. And Val too.

  • @MzCheeky75 You can clearly hear Rita Connors 'war cry' and see her at the end before the credits role. When this first went to air, I knew Rita wasn't dead halfway through the episode because I knew she hadnt sat in the garden and gave her 'war cry'. This has been discussed by fans many a time.

  • @jiggarypokery .. it didn't give anything away really.. all you can see is the women getting excited & throwing around some balls. how would anyone know beforehand what it would have all meant or what led up to it? :/

  • @doctorwhofan400 .. though i am sure VCR recorders were available in the early 90's.. so that's how they could have recorded it ;)

  • @joostay i was suprised to hear that too! im from omagh. wen she said she was from N.I i spotted the accent and i was like..'NORN IRON!!!!!!!' lol

  • 1:00 look at the guy behind the girl being interviewed. a younger jude law? lol

  • This makes me cringe..I am so glad i would have been too young in 1991 to go, not that i would for ANY programme however much i liked it..I am a fan of Prisoner, but those two female fans were SAD. I am surprised a load of drag queens weren't there aswell.
