This is the story on how Robert Ballard found the wreck of RMS Titanic the cover up story on the exploration on the wrecks of two lost US cold war submarines and Robert Ballard's return to the wreck to show the damage that was done not only due to mother nather but by salvagers and tourist landing submarines on the wreck and his hopes for the future of the wreck.

so sad to think it will be gone, but its lasted over a 100 years.....such a shame,they should build a replica im sure so many people would go on it,myself included. very sad it cant be raised

if anyone is gona do something they will do it NOW.. not in 10 -20 years when its gone.. now.. in the next few years to perserve it with chemcials to stop the rusting process.. just go down and put somthing on the rust to make it stop forming.... then problem solved

@ poop 100... and my idea is to build a dome and suck water out of it so that water cant get in... then you design it to be presurized

you know theres been so much people blabbing with " oh you cant save it its a resting site, its gona cost money to raise it, theres legal things that say you cant touch it... ok heres a solution to answer all 3 and help make life easier for you all.. my idea.. is to build a huge mega dome around it and then suck all the water out then put a chemical on it to stop the rust.. after this a glas elevator will be put in for people to go down and see it but not on it.. probably 20 yards away from it
