@checkoutgirl Check out all the other Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movies too. I loved them as a child (they were cheap to rent in the local video store), and I still love them. They are cheesy, but funny, have a great feel in them, great music. They capture a great feeling of the 80s.
By the way, notice that this kid is the kid from Close encounters of the third kind (you probably knew already).

@checkoutgirl I'm 30yo on june and I've the same feelings like you. I saw this movie after 24 years few days ago. All my childhood times came back :)

@bluemind1 Genius. Like a surreal live action cartoon for kids. The least creepy and most charmingly innocent adult/child duo ever. The kid is adorable and other worldly, the Sheriff is soft and avuncular. I wonder would today's kids be entertained by this ? I only searched for this because it made a lasting impression on me as a 6 year old kid. I'm 32 now. 26 years and I never forgot that "Why did you pick on me" song. Special.
