Rudy Giuliani has exploited the fact that he was mayor on SEPT 11 for his own political gain. Giuliani and Biden are around the same age. It takes more than revamping Times Square, and relocating a bunch of homeless people to make a presidential candidate.What mayor wouldn't have done that on 9/11 except if Bush was mayor.I like Rudy, but don't make him out to be that which he is not.

I heard him mention 9/11 seven times in one speech, in person.
