Wow, the food looked awesome.

Many people don't realise that "spicy" in Asia means chillies! That's a great meal you had:I hope you enjoyed the pak bhoong:delicious.
Good food and all fresh:unbeatable.

Everything looks soooo fresh over there Joel. Great ingredients. You're lucky to be in such places while I'm here in cold damp London LOL =]
Have an awesome 2011!

Hi Joel,
Thanks for another fascinating video.....
That's a really big grasshopper....
I wonder if people eat the whole frogs.....or just the legs, like they do in France.
The area looks very damp and Lush.
I hope the Mosquitoes aren't too bad.
Take Care! : )

@IamHelenKeller The climate is very hot and humid, especially during the monsoon season...which is when this was filmed. Fortunately, the mosquito population is pretty low.

very nice video. I love thai food

@lumina6045 what doesn't come out in the video, is just how fiery hot and spicy most of the dishes are. I don't know of any Westerners who can actually eat that papaya salad(including me).

No blue cheese, just enough chili pepper to start your mouth on fire!
