Guys, the monitor console is almost ALWAYS supposed to be Off Stage Left because the order of the wedges correspond to the sends on the channel strip. It's way confusing if the console is on the other side.

@matthiwegscheider Not all the time. I see set ups like this a lot for small outdoor venues. especially when you have limited amounts of cable and equipment.

Yes I agree....but sometimes we have to work with it by this way, When I use one mixer to work with live sound, I prefer to stay as near as I could to the stage to proper adjust the monitors.
It's really better use two mixers, but
