*You may see that his feathers are "unkept" but he actually plucks them. Its like how as a human we bite our nails, he is perfectly fine just has a bad habit!

Aww so sad about hippo. My parrotlet, Chewy (you can see her in my videos), likes to attack kleenex... and bags, water, the mop, and excersize balls

The reason why they pluck out there own feathers is cus they want to mate n sorry for ur lost I had a good bird as well. Had her always nxt to me even when i slept

I'm so sorry for the loss of your little Hippo. :-( We are in a similar boat, as my little guy passed on Dec 5, which is how I came to be looking at parrotlet videos in the first place. (I wanted comfort and looking at other parrotlets helps me some.)

He was a lucky little guy to have you and I hope the love you two shared is a comfort to you now.
