Denny McLain may have won 30 games in 1968 however on that same Tigers team was Mickey Lolich and he was the pitcher who performed with the best results in the 1968 World Series. McLain also shared the Cy Young Award in 1969 with Mike Cuellar. Dave McNally deserves recognition as well.
