NO. This is INCORRECT. A non player, or a poor player can still judge. If I am on an aeroplane and the pilot crashes because he was distracted by something useless does that mean I cannot say anything bad about the pilot because I cannot fly a plane? NO. So don't give us your stupid apathetic crap.
