Volvo has developed 'Alcoguard', which uses fuel-cell technology to accurately read a person's blood alcohol level. In order to start a vehicle, the driver must blow into a wireless hand-held unit.
A lawsuit against Volvo by some dumb bloke who'll say, "I had 2 beers and the breathalyser let me drive. Then I smashed my car into a tree. Your car isn't safe, man."
then the car wont start

Fantastic idea. It's been on the card for a long while. Mercedes, Volvo and Audi quite often lead with innovation.

lawsuit against who? the people that wrecked the car and then claimed insurance?

OK, I see a potential lawsuit. Some people can have 2 beers or 2 martinis at a bar, pass the breath test, and still smash their cars on the highway!
