I thought that was Frank Nelson doing the narration. Percy should invest in a bulldozer and a backhoe although Cuddles would probably bury them.

Frank ("YEEEEEESSSSSSSSS?") Nelson was a superb narrator. Pity Lantz didn't use him more.
