Despite what everyone says hyena's actually kill 95% of their own food, only 5% of the time do they scavenge other animals kills, they are also more closely related to felines than they are to canines. I have to agree with mya1215 they are really cute (In a "I'm going to rip you to shreds' kind of way)

@Ihearthellokitty96 ummm They are animals.... we eat animals. Why is that upsetting? Upsetting is a poacher or a hunter killing a animal. Not an animal eating an animal to survive!!!

This is just part of this video. The lion killed the buffalo and broke a leg. He was defenseless. The hyenas came and the lion did not want to fight with them. A male lion fight easier with 9 or 10 hyenas
