Guys who are concerned with PPP (Pearly Penile Papules) shouldn't need to worry they're very common! They appear and disappear within time and you DO NOT need to get them laser removed. This may cause damage to your penis down there. I used to have them when i was around the age of 12-18. With my personal experience with them they faded and you do not need to worried especially if you're uncercumcized. It's natural to get them and you shouldn't need to worry if you're very concerned see a doctor

@JayTheBrave10 Yea ofcourse but there are no oil treatment or medicinen only way is that Hospitals has this Fast electricity laser that shoots fast to remove those white dots (Pearly Penile Papules). I know laser sounds hurtful but its so fast. :)
