Word to the wise. If you want to tone, and, shape the hamstrings, you must PUNISH the muscle more than one way ! Leg curls target the knee joint only . If you are looking to properly firm the upper portion of the hamstring, be SURE to include DEADLIFTS, as these movements, properly performed, WILL adequately tax the part beneath the glute, and top of back of leg (hamstring) . :) Cannot help but be a fan, YA KNOW WHAT I MEAN !?!?!?!?!

Do u have n e suggestions for me to do this exercise without a machine. I don't have weights at home and I don't have access to a gym or machine like this...please help. Btw, love ur videos, they help me a lot.
