im liberal and i disagree with mccain's politics but this particular video has clear quote mining. if you watch the next minute of him talking in another video he says he wasnt serious and that his comment will be distorted (which is what this video does). sorry but we dont have to rely on their tricks to make the audience believe otherwise. as for what he owns, it is all true and yes, he is a selfish bigot.

A lot of people have 5 million worth of stuff...if you add up house, cars, boats, vacation homes, ect...

Very few have 5 million CASH in the bank. That could be considered rich I guess.

PS - Getting rich is not hard. It's simple. You MUST build your OWN business.

Being an employee will NEVER get you wealthy.

I would have said $1-2 million a year would make you rich. But you need to remember John McCain has $100 million, $5 million a year is a drop in the ocean to him and also if he makes $6 million a year then if he were to say that $1 million a year was rich it would make his own income look grossly high.
