i like most of the videos i just find it very annoying that they are only 2-3 minutes each then i have to search to find out which one is next step it up put one long video up make it worth my while

The egg batter is more authentic, but some people prefer a flour based batter instead. Just a matter of preference I guess. Heck, I ordered carne asada tacos at a so called taqueria, and they came out with lettuce on them. I was like, wtf?
