It may not be AYB material, but hell, there is a bomb there, and they set one. So...yeah! LOL

This "operation" is a little...meh. I think it is Cybil's vague instructions. Either that, or basic comprehension skills fail (and not doing things right). A whole bunch o' stuff to do. First, move water from the right tank to the left tank. Then, you pull out some yellow sticks while keeping the dynamite gauge low (apply teh Gel). You also have to destroy 5 chips on a board. Without a guide, you would have to follow a "path" that leads from the dynamite stick to the right chip.

O = right one
X = wrong one
---X---X---O---O
-O--X---O---O---X

After that, you will have 15 seconds to cut red wires. Cut a white wire, and teh bomb goes BOOOOOOM!

Did I mention you have to work the Magnification tool?
Get too many misses, and the bomb will go BOOOOOOM!

Fun Fact: The Wii version of this mission is different. VERY different.
