Martina has a warmth and depth to her voice that is very hard to achieve. She is one of the great vocalists of our time, and she didn't have to be on a TV show to attain it.

I have seen Carrie and her StarRise band I do not know how many times , Carrie deserves everything she has gotten . Fort Smith misses Carrie .Carrie why do you not load up and come do some shows here in Fort Smith or or at least Poteau!! Have you forgotten where you came from ??

@mewc402 wow someone's bitter. Carrie sounds amazing live and manages to hit all the notes even when she's sick; I actually can never even tell she's sick. Carrie's won 6 Top Female Vocalist awards to Martina's 7, and 2 Entertainer of the Year Awards to Martina's 0, all that in only 5 years compared to Martina's 18 years in the business. Talent is talent no matter where it comes from. You need to learn some class. I can like Carrie without dissing Martina, you stupid bliksem.

The difference is martina can sing in tune unlike carrie. Every single live performance on youtube shows her struggling to sing, stay in tune and in pitch. Her fans always blame it on illness. I guess she sure must be sick a lot - like everytime she performs . . .

There is no comparing. Martina is an artist with a gift and has spent her entire life earning her success. Carrie is no more than an overated karoke singer that won a tv contest out to make the record company and simon cowell lots of money.

Stop comparing Martina and Carrie. They are both very talented and both do a great job on this song. Can we just leave it at that? Ofcoarse Martina is better, she has more experience. Carrie is a great singer though and I think Carrie sings this song beautifully too. I know I enjoyed listening to it.
