I lived in PMB for 4 years, while a student. They were wonderful years. I remember the walk to this area, the showgrounds are not far from here. Quite a walk all the way from WOB up in Scottsville. PMB had a small-town feeling which I loved, and it still feels kind of like a relic of older times, not too built up or crowded.
