You DO NOT have to do have to do all this in one day, take as much time as you need, even over a course of one month. You DO NOT have to do one hand muscle ups the way I did them, you can make them of much worse quality, because this is Challenge #1 and I agree that it is hard to learn them. I might make a video on that later.

Here are the rules and qualifications:

10 Pull ups - no kipping, dead hang, in a row - you are allowed to stop and keep hanging for recovery.

15 dips - AT LEAST 90 degrees arms bent. legs straight. I bent my body because I would of touched the ground if I didn't.

20 Push-ups - body straight, go down so arms would bend 90 degrees, face forward.

3 Leg raises to the bar - legs as straight as possible. I guess I'll allow swinging for this Challenge.

3 Pick your legs up and over the bar - any way you want as long as you go over.

1 Pick up your legs behind the bar and over - self explanatory

Leg hold under the bar - 90 degrees and legs straight. Just get into the position, no limit.

One hand muscle up - any way you want.

  • @newjersey02 I have no idea, you can email me if anything

  • Nice, i can do everything here except 1 Pick up your legs behind the bar and over - self explanatory. I know that exercise but i can't get the technique right. It's called "meska" in lithuanian that means bear.Could you do a tutorial for it in the future ? I really like that you included "3 Pick your legs up and over the bar - any way you want as long as you go over." It;s is really fun to do . We call it vilkas as in wolf, i think that exercise in russian is also called volk.

  • @bachurs96 In russian its called "подъем переворот" Which means "raise and turn over" basically.
